Model One: StratAlign Contracted Coaches
StratAlign has contracted with a high quality panel of coaches with different backgrounds and skills. These coaches range from people will high levels of executive management experience to those with rich life experience, from those who are able to focus on personal development to those able to focus on professional development.

Model Two: Internal Coaching Development Programme
Alternatively or as a complementary service StratAlign can assist your organisation increase or develop its internal coaching capability. Through this programme StratAlign will help your organisation to develop or strengthen the basic coaching competencies of managers; increase the ability of all employees to benefit from coaching; link coaching programmes to organisational strategy and culture transformation processes; develop a cadre of Master Coaches within the organisation; provide support to sustain and enhance the quality of coaching practice within the organisation; enable an ability to monitor and evaluate coaching practice in the organisation; assist managers to embrace coaching as part of their performance criteria. This process includes internationally accredited training for Master Coaches and managers, through the Meta-Coach training system. Our coaching trainers are internationally accredited.
