StratAlign has been working with Resource Africa over the last 6 months in a strategic culture transformation initiative within the Organisation.

Resource Africa is an Not-For-Profit organization that works with a range of global and African partners to encourage and deliver new models of natural resource management, based on community participation in which the values of transparency, equity and respect for local people, their needs and customs, are uppermost.
