StratAlign's long term relationship with Sasol has yielded many exciting interventions over the last few months. StratAlign has facilitated an Employee Relations Capacity Building Programme throughout Sasol and its various business units. This facilitated training has been rolled out to employee relations specialists, human resource consultants as well as shop stewards and line managers.

StratAlign and Sasol's co-crafted Partnership Model, now firmly in place throughout the Company, with the support of the Employee Relations Capacity Building Programmes currently underway, is yielding exciting results.
