For all of us, lockdown and physical distancing is a new concept we are currently faced with!
During uncertainty, it is hard not to feel overwhelmed, anxious and completely isolated.
We find ourselves longing and missing after what used to be normality. Missing the people and places that were apart of our daily lives before the coronavirus.
We have come up with five statements to maintain that connection with the people we miss. To ensure we maintain some of those normalities.
